Fiat is expanding Panda line-up with a new version, called Trekking. The new model is a link between the 4×2 and the 4×4 versions and a the first five-door CUV in the segment.

The car ensures urban efficiency with off-road capabilities, even if the car has only front wheel drive. To ensure perfect conditions for off-road journeys, Fiat promises Traction+ technology, an innovative traction control system that improves handling on difficult and slippery terrain, thus guaranteeing excellent performance when setting off.

In terms of styling, the new Trekking borrows the same accessories as the Panda 4×4. The only differences are the cosmetic treatment of the alloy rims (aluminium instead of burnished) and the absence of a silver skid plate.

Fiat is offering only three engines for the new Trekking. The 85hp 0.9 liter TwinAir Turbo, the LPG 80hp Twin Power Turbo and the 1.3 Multijet diesel engine of 75 hp.
