Ferrari has been officially revealed today the 2014 California facelift supercar. The Maranello model is carrying now the California-T moniker and is  coming with a modestly revised exterior and with a new turbocharged engine. 

On the outisde, the Italian supercar is featuring a modified front end, a larger radiator grille, a dual ventilated hood and restyled bumpers. Furthermore, the Italian engineers have added modified mirrors, bigger side skirts and new wheels. 

Under the bonnet, the 2014 Ferrari California-T is featuring a direct-injection, 3,855 cc turbo V8 unit which can develop 560 horsepower and 755 Nm peak of torque. Under these conditions, the Italian supercar can sprint from stand still to 100 km/h in only 3.6 seconds.

As in Formula 1 this season, a turbo is used to cut fuel consumption and CO2 emissions. Compared to the outgoing model, fuel consumption is down by around 15 per cent despite 70 HP more power and a 49 per cent increase in torque. 

The new 2014 Ferrari California-T will be available after its international unveiling scheduled next month at the Geneva Motor Show.
