Citroen has revealed today the brand-new 2014 DS3 and DS3 Cabrio facelift. Both of the French models are featuring a new set of headlights with LED and xenon modules with sequential indicators. As you probably see, the new headlights were inspired by the Numero 9 and Wild Rubis concepts. 

According to the French car manufacturer, the headlights of the all-new 2014 DS3 and DS3 Cabrio are 35% more energy efficient in dipped mode and 75 percent in high-beam mode. 

In addition, the 2014 Citroen DS3 and DS3 Cabrio facelift have received a new Euro6 compliant Blue HDi 100 and Blue HDi 120 engines. The first version can return 3 liters per 100 kilometers and 79 grams of CO2 per kilometers while the latter engine can do 3.6 liters per 100 kilometers and 94 grams per kilometer of CO2.

Some of the markets will also get a Euro 6 compliant PureTech e-VTi 82 ETG engine which can return 4.1 liters per 100 kilometers and 95 grams per kilometer of CO2. This engine works in combination with an automated-manual five-speed Efficient Tronic Gearbox (ETG) equipped with a creep function.
