GM announced a series of minor changes for the 2012 MY Chevrolet
Silverado. This slightly refreshed version comes with a revamped chrome
mesh grille on the LS and LT trims, and a redesigned front bumper which
doesn’t include tow hooks for the two-wheel drive variants.
The 2012
Chevrolet Silverado has also received newly designed 20 inch alloys and
four new body colours which include Silver Ice Metallic, Mocha Steel
Metallic, Carbon Flash Metallic and Graystone.
For the interior
the colouring options have been enhanced with two new combinations (Dark
Titanium/Light Titanium and Dark Cashmere/Light Cashmere) while in
terms of standard features the new range (except the Hybrid) will come
with Trailer Sway Control and Hill Start Assist.
Standard
equipment also include cruise control and a spare tire lock, while among
the optionals GM is offering an HDD sat-nav with revised graphics.
For those who purchase the LT or the LTZ versions 2012 Chevrolet Silverado there is the new
White Diamond Edition package which includes a tri-coat exterior finish,
numerous chrome covered surfaces, and an upgraded suspension with
components borrowed from the Z06.
