GM has again applied an almost invisible facelift to the Cadillac SRX crossover.
This ‘refreshed’ version will debut at the 2012 New York Auto Show later this week, with perhaps the most important feature this time being the new CUE infotainment system that uses an 8-inch LCD multi-touch sensitive screen and pairs entertainment and information data from 10 Bluetooth-enabled mobile devices, USBs, SD cards and MP3 players.
On the outside the American crossover received a new design for the front upper and lower grilles, new front fender vents with incorporated LED light pipes and new 20-inch wheels, plus the car is now available with three new body colours (Evolution Green Metallic, Glacier Blue Metallic and Silver Coast Metallic).
On the inside the 2013 Cadillac SRX Facelift received a new shift knob, a new steering wheel and new colour option (Light Titanium) matched with a new Raven Sapele wood color accent.
The 2012 SRX uses a 3.6-litre V6 to deliver 308 HP (230 kW) and 265 lb-ft (358 Nm) of torque o the wheels via a 6-speed automatic gearbox and an optional AWD system.
Sales will begin this fall, with pricing details expected to be announces aat a later time.
