Buick has officially unveiled the all-new Cascada compact convertible model. As you may have read, the car is based on the Opel Cascada and features a few enhancements dedicated to the US market.
 
Exterior Features

This is the first Buick convertible in 25 years and comes with LED-infused headlights, a soft-top roof that can be opened in 17 seconds at speeds up to 31 mph (50 km/h). In addition, we see a rakish windscreen, some chrome accessories and 20-inch alloy wheels. 

Interior and Safety Features
 
Inside the cabin, we see high quality materials, the IntelliLink infotainment system with a 7-inch display and electric seat belts. On the safety side, Buick Cascada will feature a rearview camera and pop-up rollover bars. 
 
Drivetrain
 
Under the hood, it will be a 1.6 liter turbocharged engine rated at 200 horsepower and 280 Nm peak of torque / 300 Nm with overboost. According to Buick, the car can be ordered only with an automatic six-speed transmission.
