Bugatti has pulled the covers of its Veyron Grand Sport Venet special edition developed in collaboration with French artist Bernad Venet. First of all, this hypercar has been described as being "the fastest artwork ever".

As you can see the body of the new car is wrapped in a special coating looking like rusted metal.  A similar theme has been applied for the cabin, with a rusted appearance for the dashboard panels and leather trim.

No mechanical changes were made. As you may already know, the Veyron Grand Sport Venet is powered by a quad turbocharged W16 engine, producing 1001 HP and 1,250 Nm of torque, allowing the model to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 2.5 seconds before reaching a top speed of 407 km/h.

“A Bugatti is already a work of art in itself, one that transports both its beholder and its driver into new dimensions of reality. I realized how I could translate my passion for mathematical equations and scientific treatises into three-dimensional form”, said Bernard Venet.
