BMW has officially unveiled the 4-Series Coupe concept at the Detroit Motor Show.

Conceived as faithful representation of the production car, the new BMW has a design influenced by the 3-Series, a bold, aggressive body sculpting up front, and a rear deck that seems to be a downsized version of the larger 6 Series two-door.

Other characteristics include LED headlights, and 20-inch alloy wheels. The interior resembles the sedan but it has been extensively upgraded by BMW Individual. Important features include Black and Schiaparelli Brown leather upholstery, an Alcantara headliner, Natural Chestnut wood trim and leather-braided cup holders.

We don’t yet have powertrain details but we expect that the production 4-series will feature engines selected from the saloon range.
