Back in December the Germans from G Power were announcing their stage 1 tuning program for the 2012 BMW M5 F10.
As the tuner has recently revealed the car and the details that talk about its enchantments, we are now able to tell you what sets thins thing apart from the standard M5.
The main upgrade is its Bi-Tronik III package which pushes the twin-turbo 4.4-litre V8 to 640 HP and 777 Nm of torque (up from 560 HP and 680 Nm), but the German sports saloon is also fitted with 21 inch SILVERSTONE RS alloys with MICHELIN Pilot Super Sport tyres (265/30 ZR 21 and 305/25 ZR 21), a coilover suspension, a stainless steel sport rear muffler and the tuner’s Ceramic Braking System.
What is this thing capable of in terms of performance? well 0 to 62 mph (0 to 100 Km/h) takes just 3.9 seconds / 0 to 124 mph (0 to 200 Km/h) in 11.9 seconds and a top speed of over 193 mph (310 Km/h).
The sports exhaust system mentioned above features 4 tailpipes measuring 100 mm in diameter while the ceramic brakes measure 396 mm in diameter, use 6-piston calipers and enable a substantially higher brake force than the standard braking system on the M5 F10.
