The German brand BMW has officially unveiled their premieres for the Frankfurt Motor Show. The most important news and premiere will be the introduction of the i8 plug-in hybrid sports coupe. 

According to the rumors, the German model will come with a turbocharged three cylinder petrol engine and with an electric unit that can deliver 170 horsepower and 250 Nm peek of torque. In this form, the i8 will be able to sprint from stand still to 100 km/h in less than 5 seconds and could return less than 3 liters per 100 kilometers. 
In the electric mode, the BMW i8 Coupe is having autonomy of 35 kilometers.

Another big premiere will be the i3 all-electric supermini model. According to BMW Group, their stand will have an infinity symbol. For the first time, the press and the visitors will be able to take a ride in the brand new i3. 

The visitors will also be able to see the new 4 Series Coupe, the brand new X5 and the Concept Active Tourer Outdor.
