It didn’t take long for BMW to release an official set of hi-res photos and a video that presents the 2012 M5, after a few images that revealed the Shanghai bound concept had surfaced on the Internet during the weekend.
The 2012 BMW M5 Concept previews the upcoming ‘premium class business sedan’ which as we mentioned before will probably retain 99 percent of the characteristics seen on the car on display in Shanghai, while at the interior things might still be unfinished considering the windows are all blacked out.
Mechanical specs are still kept secret, but the automaker’s twin turbocharged V8 currently offered on the X5 and X6 M models seems like the logical way to go, We’ll found out for sure if that’s the case on April 19th.
