Top 10 Most Expensive Production Cars 2010

Forbes magazine has released its annual Top 10 most expensive production cars list for 2010 placing the ultra-exclusive Koenigsegg Trevita on the number one position due to its 2,21 million USD price tag.

With only 3 units to be produced the Koenigsegg Trevita which means 'three whites' in Swedish will feature an unique diamond-colored carbon fiber-weave bodywork and among mechanical and technological highlights it will include a hydraulic lift system, a tire monitoring system, a chrono instrument cluster, paddle-shifters and carbon fiber brakes.

As far as performance the Koenigsegg Trevita packs a massive 1,018 HP that enables lateral forces of up to 1.5 G and a top speed of 250 mph.

What is interesting that no Mercedes, Porsche or Ferrari models made it on Top 10 most expensive production cars list 2010.
