There is a lot of hype surrounding the McLaren MP4 12C lately, as the British sportscar was fully unveiled yesterday, with complete performance figures being released, and with Jenson Button offering rides around the track to member of the press.
In case you missed our previous post from yesterday here are the McLaren MP4 12C specs : engine – 3.8-litre 90 degrees V8, power – 600 PS (441 kW) and 600 Nm of torque, acceleration – 0 to 62 mph in 3.3 seconds, top speed – 205 mph (330 Km/h).
What exactly do these figures mean when the McLaren MP4 12C is tested against rivals like the Ferrari 458 Italia and Porsche 911 Turbo ?
Well watch the video below the jump and find out. In all fairness though, the footage does not show the final seconds from the race, and the Porsche 911 Turbo looks like it skipped a bit before pushing the gas pedal.
