After revealing the new logo of the future Corvette C7, due to be launched on January 13, Chevrolet released today the first official teaser of the car. It is a one minute video, that reveals the work behind the future supercar and the tests conducted on american circuits.
 
The next generation Corvette will be a completely new car, developed inside Chevrolet labs. Only two parts of the current C6 will be used for the future C7. It is an official promise from Chevy management.
 
“With the new Corvette, we set out to build a world-challenging sports car with design, refinement, efficiency and driver engagement that is second to none. The result is a truly all-new Corvette. There are only two carryover parts from the C6 used in the C7 – the cabin air filter and the rear latch for the removable roof panel”, stated Tadge Jeuchter, Corvette chief engineer, in its intention to tease out attention.
