Swiss tuner Sportec unveiled the successor of their SPR1 R program for the Porsche 911 Turbo. This new performance package is dubbed the SPR1 FL and as you can see, it is based on the current generation 911 Turbo.
Everything about this new upgrade is different, not to mention the power level, which corresponds to a ‘Golf GTI engine per wheel’ or simply put, 858 PS (880 Nm of torque) from a 3.6-litre boxer engine with twin hybrid turbochargers, a Smooth Flow intake manifold with two injectors per chamber, titanium connecting rods, a flap exhaust system, a Carbon Ram Air Intake plus a high performance intercooler.
Power is sent to all four wheels via a 6-speed transmission with reach-optimized high performance clutch and a limited slip differential.
The Sportec SPR1 FL Porsche 911 Turbo rockets from nought to 100 Km/h in 3.0 seconds, (0 to 200 Km/h in under 8 seconds – 0 to 300 Km/h in 18 seconds), and can reach a maximum speed of 380 Km/h (236 mph).
