Mercedes-Benz has presented the new 6×6 pick-up G63 AMG. This astonishing model will be built in only 20-30 units per year and each one will cost 416.500 Euros, three times more than the regular G63 AMG.

The new German model is based on the G320 CDI developed for the Australian army and is 867mm (231.3 inches) long, 2111mm (83.1 inches) wide and 2209mm (87 inches) tall.
 
The military version comes with a 3.0 liter diesel engine, while the civil one has a V8 bi-turbo 5.5 liter unit that can produce up to 536 hp and 758 Nm peek of torque. The engine resources are put to the ground thanks to a seven speed 7G-Tronic transmission.

According to Axel Harries, chief of G-Class development, the new G63 AMG 6×6 can sprint from stand still to 100 km/h in less than 6 seconds, while the top speed is limited to 160 km/h. The new Mercedes-Benz G63 AMG 6×6 has an approach angle of 52 degrees and a departure angle of 54 degrees.
