As you already know, Lamborghini is working on a Gallardo successor. According to some rumors, the upcoming Italian supercar will carry the Cabrera moniker and will probably be unveiled in 2015.
Our colleagues from WorldCarFans have published a couple of rendered pictures with the upcoming Lamborghini Cabrera and Cabrera Spyder. According to some rumors, the model will blend a few design details seen on the Sesto Elemento and Aventador but it will carry the Gallardo DNA.
The upcoming Lamborghini Gallardo successor will share its platform with the next generation of the Audi R8. Under the hood will be a modified V10 5.2 liter naturally aspirated unit that can deliver 600 horsepower and 541 Nm peek of torque.
With 1.500 kilograms and a standard four wheel drive system, the car will be able to offer good track performance.
