According to a new report, Chevrolet will pull the covers of its Corvette C7 Convertible during the Geneva Motor Show, in March. This means that the car would likely be available for sale in the second half of the year.

There are no official data regarding a convertible version of the new Vette but it’s a certainty there will be such a model, especially since a camouflaged prototypes of the Corvette Stingray Convertible have been spotted recently.

The C7 Corvette Stingray convertible will be powered by a 6.2-liter V8 engine as the coupe, delivering 450 horsepower and 450 pound-feet of torque through to the rear wheels via either a seven-speed manual transmission or six-speed automatic with paddle shifters.
