The guys from Bugatti have announced a new special edition for the Veyron. Dubbed, Bugatti Veyron 16.4 Grand Sport Vitesse Jean-Pierre Wimille Special Edition" we can say it’s the longest model name in the world. 

The new special Veyron will be made in only three units and is the first of six "Bugatti Legends" exclusive editions. In case you didn’t know, these versions are dedicated to Bugatti heroes who have changed the brand. Jean-Pierre Wimille is the two time Le Mans winner with Bugatti in 1937 and 1939. 

On the outside, the Jean-Pierre Wimille Special Edition has a body color inspired by the Bugatti 1937 Le Mans winning car. We are talking about the 57G Tank a model finished in racing blue color. The same exterior scheme continues on the inside where we can find special materials found on classic race cars.

Under the hood there is the same 8.0 liter W16 unit with 1.200 horsepower and 1.500 Nm peek of torque. The sprint from stand still to 100 km/h is done in 2.6 seconds and the top speed is clocked at 408.84 km/h. 

The upcoming Bugatti Veyron Grand Sport Vitesse Jean-Pierre Wimille Special Edition will be unveiled at the Pebble Beach festival that is taking place in US on August 16-18.
