Brabus introduces a new tuning kit for the current Mercedes C-Class model. The German sedan features a more aggressive design and even some more horsepower under the hood, with the help of some engine kits.

Exterior

On the outside, the new Brabus C-Class features a new front spoiler attached to the lower part of the AMG Line bumper, with central spoiler blade and outer sections shaped like flaps. At the back, all sedan versions will be upgraded with the Brabus rear spoiler, the diffuser-look rear bumper insert and the four chrome-plated tailpipes of the new sports exhaust system.

The package is rounded by Monoblock wheels, which can be mounted on the C-Class in various designs and with diameters of 18-, 19- or 20-inches.

Suspension

Behind the fresh look there is a new sporty suspension, developed together with Bilstein. The ground clearance is also reduced by 30 mm (1.2 inches) by using sport springs. For the versions equipped ex-factory with Airmatic air suspension, Brabus offers a control module to lower the vehicle’s ride height.

Engine

Brabus offers for the C180 21 hp more, that are available under the label BRABUS PowerXtra B18.2. This means 177 horsepower, an increase in peak torque from 250 to 300 Nm, the sprint time from 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) in 8.4 seconds, and a top speed of 230 km/h (142 mph).

For the 2.0 liter engine, there is a PowerXtra B20.2 performance kit that delivers 41 horsepower and 30 Nm of torque. The C200 accelerates from rest to 100 km/h (62 mph) in just 7.0 seconds, and reaches a top speed of 242 km/h (150 mph).
