The battle between these famous supersaloons was brought on to the Silverstone race track by the guys at Drivers Republic.
Technical details referring to the three competitors are as follows : Powered by its 4-liter V8 the BMW M3 develops 414 hp (309 kW) at 8,300 rpm with 295 ft.-lb. of tourque and 400 Nm at 3,900 rpm. Top speed is electronically limited to 250 Km/h (155 mph) with a 0 to 100 Km/h (60 mph) time of 4.9 seconds.
The Mercedes C63 AMG outputs 451 hp (336 kW) at 6,800 rpm with 443 ft.-lb. of torque and 600 Nm at 5,000 rpm thanks to the 6.2 liters V8 hiding under its bonnet that also gives the performance sedan the ability to cover the 0 to 100 Km/h (60 mph) distance in 4.7 seconds
