Seigen based German tuning company B&B Automobiltechnik has developed a retrofit program for the current Audi RS3, offering various power expansion phases that can reach up to 510 HP and 680 Nm of torque.
This four stage engine program starts with optimising the electronics for 1,950 Euro and enabling the 2.5-litre TFSI engine powering the BB Audi RS3 to produce 410 HP and 560 Nm of torque.
The seconds stage costs 2,950 Euro and in this case the output reaches 425 HP and 580 Nm of torque through optimised air cooling, increased boost pressure and new injection code fields.
The level 3 upgrade (7,950 Euro) takes the BB Audi RS3 to 450 HP and 600 Nm of torque and apart from the modifications mentioned at stage 2, the tuner also adds a sport exhaust system and a special air cooling system.
The final performance level is reached at stage 4, and in this case the exhaust gas turbocharger is replaced by a larger special turbocharger, while the stock exhaust is replaced by a racing exhaust with metal catalysts. The tuner also adds a high pressure pump and a sports clutch and tweaks the intake and engine management.
The stage 4 power upgrade is priced at 15,950 Euro and enables the BB Audi RS3 to accelerate from 0 to 100 Km/h in 3.5 seconds (0 to 200 Km/h in 12.5 seconds) and reach a top speed of 310 Km/h.
Additionally the German tuner can also equip the RS3 with 20 mm lower springs (398 Euro), adjustable coilovers (1,298 Euro), 19 or 20 inch alloys (2,998 Euro) and high performance brakes (4,698 Euro).
