A stock Audi A6 2.0 TDI ultra has managed to break the Guinness World Record for travelling 14 countries without refueling. In order to take down this record, Audi has teamed up with the guys from RAC and the car was driven by motoring journalist Andrew Frankel and racing driver / TV presenter Rebecca Jackson.

At the end, the on board computer has offered a unique image: 1158.9 miles with an average speed of 50 mph (80 km/h) and a fuel consumption of 75.9 mpg UK (63.2 mpg US or 3.7 liters / 100 km). 

The road trip took 28 hours of non-stop driving and the guys have covered the upcoming countries: Netherlands, Hungary, Belgium, Luxembourg, France, Switzerland, Lichtenstein, Austria, Germany, Italy, Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia and Hungary.
