The first Aston Martin V8 Vantage S review video is up online, with the Brits from Autocar telling us what they think about this slightly improved version.

The 4.7-litre V8 from under the bonnet has been tweaked and it produces 430 bhp (321 kW) and 490 Nm of torque, but the best thing about this new model is its Sportshift II 7-speed automatic transmission from Graziano which features steering wheel mounted paddle shifters.

The Aston Martin V8 Vantage S comes with a Sport button which increases throttle response and gear shift speed, the steering has been improved along with the brakes and the addition of a new exhaust muffler which makes the British sports coupe sound meaner.

Pricing for the Aston V8 Vantage S starts at 102,000 GBP in the UK which is a bit on the downside meaning it brings it in the Porsche 911 Turbo territory.
