Chevrolet has officially unveiled the 2017 Chevrolet Camaro ZL1. The new model was designed to excel at everything and features a more aggressive exterior.

On the outside we see a flow-tie grille, a large front splitter and a massive hood scoop. The car also has wider front fenders, aggressive side skirts and a massive rear wing. The final touch is given by the 20 inch forged aluminum wheels wrapped in special Goodyear Eagle F1 Supercar tires.

Inside the cabin, the 2017 Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 comes with Recaro sport seats, a flat-bottom steering wheel and a special shifter. More than that we also have spotted the contrast stitching and the ZL1 badging.

Under the hood of the 2017 Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 is the supercharged 6.2-liter LT4 V8 engine that can deliver 640 horsepower and 640 lb-ft of torque. It can be matted to a six speed manual gearbox or to an all-new 10 speed automatic transmission.

On the performance side we have the Magnetic Ride suspension, the Brembo brakes and the electronic limited-slip differential.

The 2017 Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 will go on sale late this year and pricing will be announced closer to launch.
