The German from Volkswagen unveiled the 2013 Golf VII GTI in Paris. The new model comes with a 2.0 liter TFSI turbo engine that develops  220 hp (164 kW) and 258 lb-ft (350 Nm).
 
Thanks to this figures the German model will sprint from stand still to 62 mph in 6.6 seconds and can hit the top speed of 152 mph (246 km/h). Volkswagen will also offer an optional performance package that will increase the engine power to 230 hp (171 kW).  
 
On the outside the German model features the traditional GTI hallmark including a white body paint with black grille and red pin striping.
 
On the inside there are no surprises. The customers will find usual red stitching, a three-spoke steering wheel and aluminum pedals.
