18 months ago, Honda launched their latest generation of Civic sedan. Shortly after that, the journalists from Consumer Reports dropped the car from its "Recommended List" after they said that the ninth generation of Civic wasn’t what it should have been.

The new 2013 Honda Civic sedan facelift will debut later this month at Los Angeles Auto Show. On the outside, the new Japanese model is coming with a new bumpers, a black honeycomb grille and chrome trim. We also can see a revised hood with new headlights and restyled alloy wheels.

Even though we don’t have any pictures with the interior, the Honda officials told us that the cabin will have a host o safety feature and styling enhancements that will "further define the top-selling Civic as the best car in the compact class".

The engine line-up will carryover, but the Japanese confirmed us that the model will have a few chassis tweaks.
