Available from the first quarter of 2012 the unique features offered on this model are included in a package that retails for 3,900 USD. This means the the C70 Inscription will reach 44,350 USD out of which 40,450 USD represents the pricing for the standard C50 T5 (875 USD delivery fee not included).
So what exactly does the Inscription package bring ? well for starter is increases the output on the turbocharged inline 5-cylinder engine to 250 HP at 5,500 rpm and 273 lb-ft at 3,000 rpm, it includes a set of 18 inch Midir wheels with polished spokes and with a glossy black finish plus it adds Active dual Xenon headlights and LED daytime running lights (DRL).
The 2012 Volvo C70 Inscription also comes with a glossy black grille, a new rear spoiler and dashboard covered with leather with contrasting stitching. The interior gets aluminium sport pedals as well.
The Annual production volume for the C70 Inscription will be limited to 2000 exemplars globally out of which only 500 will be heading to North America.
