Suzuki announces the debut of the new Swift Sport at this year’s 64 edition International Motor Show in Frankfurt, Germany.
The automaker has further refined their sport compact model which was first introduced in 2006, with this new version featuring a more aggressive exterior aspect due to its big front grille, the newly designed fog light surrounds and the sportier looking alloys.
The interior of the 2012 Suzuki Swift Sport "combines essential sportiness with a high-quality look and feel", while under the bonnet the car features a 1.6-litre M16A engine developed exclusively for this model.  
The 2012 Suzuki Swift Sport outputs 100 kW @ 6,900 rpm and 150 Nm of torque at 4,400 rpm via a 6-speed manual transmission, and when compared to the previous version, this new model is more responsive in terms of handling due to the fact that it features struts with internal rebound springs and an exclusive rear suspension design.
The 2012 Suzuki Swift Sport comes with with 7 airbags plus ESP, and in terms of dimensions, the car measures 3,89 m in length, 1,695 m in width, 1,510 m in height.  
Details regarding its price are yet to be announced.
