The Japanese company has announced the 2012 Infiniti M35 Hybrid fuel consumption figures, and the first production hybrid performance luxury sedan has been rated by EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) at 32 mpg on the highway.
The 2012 Infiniti M35 Hybrid consumption figures also indicate that this 350 HP model returns 29 mpg in the city, which means its combined fuel economy is 29 mpg.
The 2012 Infiniti M35 Hybrid uses a 3.5-litre DOCH 24-valve V6 engine and an electric motor backed by a powerful Lithium-ion battery pack, with power delivered to the wheels via a seven-speed automatic transmission. The electric motor produces 50 kW, while the car’s new power is 360 HP.
